Elon Musk cautions Austin, TX not to turn into a 'copycat' liberal city


Tesla CEO Elon Musk cautioned Sunday against turning the city of Austin, Texas, into a "San Francisco copycat." 

"Austin ought to be its city, not a San Francisco copycat," the tycoon tweeted.

Musk was reacting to a Fox News report prior Sunday about the proposition in Austin to build up the city's police division and a progression of reports on the city's record number of murders in 2021.
